Ibrahim Hayel Saeed Anam is a Board Member of HSA Group, Regional Chairman for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Chairman of Frimex. He leads the Group’s strategic direction and investment agenda in the Kingdom, supporting the growth of established businesses and the development of new opportunities across priority sectors. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of United Carton Industries Company. His leadership is grounded in disciplined governance, long-term partnerships and sustainable value creation.

Fuad Hayel Saeed Anam is a Board Member of HSA Group and Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Inter-Link (PIL). He leads a diversified international business spanning manufacturing, refining, trading and consumer products. Under his leadership, PIL has expanded its global reach while strengthening responsible business practices, environmental stewardship and ethical governance across its operations. He also represents HSA Group in strategic engagements with governments and industry partners, supporting investment, trade and long-term collaboration across international markets.

Rashad serves as Deputy Managing Director for the Southern Region at HSA Yemen, a position he has held since 1996, and as a Board Member of HSA Group since 2006. Since joining HSA Yemen in 1986, Rashad has overseen a 25-year period of growth in the business and led a significant expansion in operations across Yemen and the Middle East. Rashad has more than 35 years of professional experience from senior roles held in the FMCG and industrials sectors.

Nabil Hayel Saeed Anam Nabil is Managing Director of HSA Yemen and a Board Member of HSA Group. He is responsible for more than 50 operating companies and 20,000 employees and overseeing the organisation’s ongoing programme of capital investment, and spearheading a range of community initiatives across Yemen. Before serving as Managing Director of HSA Yemen, Nabil was CEO of NATCO, one of HSA Yemen’s top ten operating companies. He has held other senior executive roles across the Group.

Shawki Ahmed Hayel Saeed is the HSA Group Chief Operating Officer and senior board member of the group. He is also the Chairman of Tadhamon Bank and several other companies, including non-profit organizations. Alongside his COO role for HSA Group, Shawki Ahmed Hayel Saeed also serves as the Chairman of the Al Saqr Sports and Culture Club. Mr Shawki holds a degree in finance from California State University in Los Angeles. He has had a long and successful career in commerce, finance, and philanthropy in different international capacities.

Muneer Ahmed Hayel Saeed is a Board Member of HSA Group and Chairman of the Group’s Egypt Region. He also serves as Chairman of Arma Group and Managing Director of HSA Group’s operations in Egypt. He oversees a diversified portfolio spanning FMCG, manufacturing, packaging and distribution, advancing investment and operational development across the market. His leadership has supported major strategic initiatives, including the integration and growth of Bisco Misr and the launch of Silk Links, strengthening the Group’s production, distribution and digitally enabled supply-chain capabilities in Egypt.

Walid Ali Mohamed Saeed is a Board Member of HSA Group and Managing Director of Midstar, a specialist in the international supply chain for agricultural commodities. He leads the company’s trading, shipping and logistics activities across a broad network of origins and destination markets. His work focuses on strengthening reliable food and feed supply through disciplined risk management, operational efficiency and trusted commercial partnerships. He also serves on the IAOM Middle East and Africa Leadership Council and received its Regional Leader Award in 2017 for his contribution to maintaining food supplies to Yemen.
